EXHIBITORS: Limited to two (2) spaces and three (3) categories per exhibit. We reserve the right to
assign spaces in order that categories will not be placed adjacent to one another. Printed programs will be
available. Table cloths are to be pressed and cover from floor to floor. No canopies are allowed. No
backdrops taller than eight (8) feet. If you have solid sides please specify now.
MEDIA: All media, artist, crafts, ect., are accepted. Please be prepared to demonstrate your work. We
reserve the right to exclude the exhibition of any work unsuitable for display. NO KITS OR IMPORTS.
All crafts must be hand made.
SETUP AND BREAKDOWN: The building will be open to exhibitors on Thursday Nov.12th , from noon
until 7 PM and Friday, Nov. 13 at 8 AM. All displays must be ready to sell by 9 AM Friday. Exhibitors
must exhibit complete the total hours of the show. No early break down. Prices must remain the same
throughout the show.
Show hours are 9 to 5 on Friday and Saturday and 10 to 4 on Sunday. The building will be closed at seven
pm on Sunday. Cancellations or delays should be reported to the Show Chairman immediately. NO
REFUNDS on cancellations one (1) month before the show.
ENTRY DEADLINE: One month prior to show, or until filled.
PUBLICITY: All forms of advertising will be utilized to promote Port City Craftsmen Show.
CONCESSIONS: Will be open for your convenience. No special diets available.
GENERAL FACILITIES: Ample parking and easy access for loading and unloading. Please unload your
vehicle and move it to the parking area. LOADING UP: Please do not move your vehicle into the loading
zone until you are ready to load or unload your goods.
REGULAnONS: No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed. Potpourri must be wrapped. No loud
music. Please remember this is a family show.
SELECTION PROCEDURE AND CATEGORIES: The selection committee will review all applications
submitted. Send three (3) photos, two (2) ofcraft and one (I) ofdisplay. Print name and address on back.
Committee will make decision from work represented in photos.
Registration; A $10.00 handling fee will charged on all cancellations. To avoid extensive competition,
restrictions will be placed on number of applicants accepted in each category. There will be a
$25.00 charge on all returned checks. No checks accepted after Oct. 23, cash, money orders, or cashiers
checks only
